摘 要: 在系统分析汽油在线自动调合系统工艺的基础上,设计了基于Twu-Coon改进法辛烷值混合规则和基于调合指数法雷德蒸汽压混合规则的汽油在线调合模型,采用质量累积的控制模式和配方迭代升级优化策略对模型进行了优化,最后选用国内炼厂普遍使用的调合组分油,对各牌号汽油进行了模拟调配,结果表明,该模型在保证调合质量的前提下,实现了调合配方利润系统稳定性之间的平衡. Systematically analyzing the process of gasoline online blending,we design a kind of gasoline online blending model,which is based on Twu-Coon octane number improving method and harmonic index method of Reid vapor pressure and optimized by a quality cumulative control mode and a formula iterative strategy.The model is applied to blend various gasolines with some components often used by national refineries in simulation experiments.The results show such advantages of this model as achieving a good balance between the profit and the stability on online blending of gasoline under meeting gasoline refined quality requirements.
