摘 要: 在微波辐射条件下,用2-羟基-1-萘甲醛与丙二酸二乙酯为原料合成苯并香豆素-3-甲酸乙酯,产物经IR、1HNMR表征,通过单因素优选法确定了最佳反应条件:当微波输出功率为200W,反应时间为15min,2-羟基-1-萘甲醛与丙二酸二乙酯的物质的量比用量为1∶1.3,六氢吡啶用量为2D(约0.1mL),冰乙酸用量为1D(约0.05mL)时,产率达82.95%。 Catalyzed by piperidine,ethyl benzocoumarin-3-carboxylate was synthesized from 2-hydroxy-l-naphthaldehyde and diethyl malonate under microwave irradiation. Influence of microwave irradiation power,reaction time,the amounts of catalyst,2-hydroxy-l-naphthaldehyde,diethyl malonate on the conversion of the product was investigated. After a molar ratio of 2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde/ diethyl malonate of 1∶1.3 reacted for 15 min in the presence of piperidine (2 drops),ice acetic acid (one drop) under microwave irradiation (200W),the yield of ethyl benzocoumarin-3-carboxylate was 82.95%.
