摘　　要： 从大工程观教育理念对培养工程人才的要求出发,论述了高校图书馆在大工程观教育理念下,资源建设、人文精神文化建设、个性化信息服务等方面的工作改革。 According to the requirements of project personnel under the educational idea of large-scale engineering,this paper elaborates the reform on resource construction,humanistic spirit culture and personalized information services in university libraries.
