摘　　要： 本文主要介绍食品营养学教学过程中采用理论教学与学生实践相结合的新型教学方法,即要求学生在任课教师的指导下,利用营养素给予特定亚健康人群补充,研究营养素对人体应用的试验结果。这种教学方法大大加深学生们对营养素有关理论的掌握和应用,收到良好的教学效果。 A new teaching method of combining theory to experiment on Nutrition is introduced in this paper.The students are asked to apply food supplements for targeted sub-healthy people to search the nutrient effect under the guidance of instructors.This teaching method deepens the student＇s understanding of the theory and the application of nutrients.Some satisfactory results have been obtained from this new method.
