摘　　要： 以广东华海糖业发展有限公司"雄鸥牌"蒸青绿茶的生产为实证,通过分析蒸青绿茶生产工艺流程。构建了绿茶质量安全可追溯系统,建立完善的产品质量追溯管理制度,实现茶叶生产企业的安全生产管理,并为消费者提供质量追溯查询信息。 Using the information systems technology, the establishment of quality and safety traceability system for the whole process from tea fields to the table and the traceable management are the effective methods to guarantee the product quality and safety. By analyzing the production process of the steamed green tea, the project built a quality traceability system of the steamed green tea on the basis of ＂Male Seagull＂ brand of the steamed green tea production data in Guangdong Huahai Sugar Development Co., Ltd. At the same time, the project established the sound product quality traceability management system and achieved the safety production management of tea production enterprises, and provided consumers with information on the quality of retrospective inquiries.
