摘　　要： 介绍几款肩袖一体毛衫时装的设计方法与工艺,分析肩袖一体设计和肩领袖一体设计毛衫的款式造型及毛衫的风格特征,阐述肩袖片的组织花型设计与编织花型意匠图工艺,并制作出每款毛衫肩袖片的上机操作工艺单。结果表明:肩袖一体毛衫与常规通过肩型、袖型、领型等造型的变化来实现款式变化的毛衫相比,取消了挂肩与袖膊的收针操作及肩与袖的缝合工序,款式更为新颖独特,工艺更为简单,且操作更为容易,生产时间更短。采用该种方法设计的毛衫,织造流程与缝合流程均缩短,可提高生产效率,适宜推广。 This paper describes the design methods and techniques of fashion sweater with integrated shoulder and sleeves into one.Style features molding of them are analyzed.Design,notations and knitting craft of shoulder-cuff pattern are discussed.Operating technologies are also made for each sweater piece of the shoulder-cuff sweater.The results showed that,compared with the conventional sweaters changing the shape of the shoulder,sleeve type,collar type to achieve change in the shape of them in fashion styles,the shoulder-cuff sweater have more innovative and unique style,more simple process and easier operation,and shorter production time because of cancelling the operation of wale fashioning in hanging shoulder and sleeve shoulder and operation assembly process of sleeves.So,the knitting and stitching processes of the sweaters designed by the methods are reduced and the methods can improve production efficiency,suitable for promotion.
