摘 要: 为稳定浇钢温度,采用有限单元法对多层结构浸入式水口进行了传热计算。结果表明,降低本体、内面层和外面层热导率,增加内面层和外面层厚度,钢水通过水口的热流密度降低。当外面层厚度超过3 mm时,热流密度基本不变。与内面层相比,外面层对热流密度的影响较大。 To keep irrigating temperature stable,the heat transmission of submerged entry nozzle(SEN) with multi layers was calculated by a finite element method.The results show that the thermal flux of the molten steel through SEN reduces when decreasing the thermal conductivity of the main body,inner layer and outer layer,or increasing the thickness of the inner layer and outer layer;when the thickness of the outer layer exceeds 3 mm,the thermal flux does not change much;compared with the inner layer,the influence of the outer layer on the thermal flux of SEN is more obvious.
