摘　　要： 养老保险基金的管理存在诸多问题，如基金被挤占挪用、管理手段软化等，因此，必须采取科学办法加强管理。在做好市场调查和可行性研究的基础上，适当拓宽基金投资运营渠道、实施政企分开、加强立法和社会监督体系。 There are many problems in the management of pension insurance fund For example,the funds is taken up for other purposes,the means ofmanagement is softened,etc We must take some scientific means to enforce the management On the basis of feasibility,we should loosen the limit of pension investment,separate the everyday management of funds from the government Better and strengthen the law making and social supervision system and apply the effective management We can assure the hedge and increment of annuity
