摘 要: 本试验以382头荷斯坦牛DNA样本和产奶量记录为试验材料,用PCR-RFLP方法对与产奶性状有关的主要候选基因β4-defensin-i1和DGAT2-i6进行多态性分析,并对标记位点基因型与产奶量进行了相关分析。结果表明:在所研究的两个基因中,BB基因型个体305d产奶量显著低于AA型和AB型个体(P<0.05),AA和AB基因型个体间产奶量差异不显著(P>0.05)。 In this experiment,the DNA samples and the milk yield records of 382 Holstein cows were used as the materials,taking β4-defensin-i1 and DGAT2-i6 as the research object to study the polymorphism of the two genes and their relations to the cows’ milk performance.The result shows that about the two genes,the milk yield of the BB gene type individuals in the 305 days lactation is higher than the AA and AB gene types individuals conspicuously(P〈0.05),but the difference of the milk yield between the AA and AB gene type individuals is not significant(P〉0.05).
