摘　　要： 目前关于信息技术与企业绩效关系的研究存在争论。主要原因一是没有考虑到企业的具体情境,二是考察的信息技术过于笼统。针对这两点不足,文章以粤港两地的制造型企业为样本,以对其生产经营产生重大影响的RFID技术为研究对象,通过拓展和深化现有分析框架,综合研究了RFID技术对企业绩效的直接和间接作用。结构方程模型分析发现:一方面,RFID技术能够直接提升企业的经营绩效;另一方面,RFID技术通过与之相互补的组织变革行为(主要是物流外包、流程重组与组织结构调整)来间接提升企业的经营绩效。 There are some arguments about the relationship between IT and the firm＇s performance.The main reasons are the neglecting of the firm＇s specific context and the over-broadly defining of IT.In allusion to the above-mentioned two shortages,the paper studies effects of RFID on the manufacturing firms＇ performance in Guangdong and Hong Kong based on the current theoretical framework.The structure equation model shows that：on the one hand,RFID can advance the firm＇s performance directly;on the other hand,RFID can advance the firm＇s performance indirectly through the complementary behaviors of organizational transformation including logistics outsourcing,process reengineering and structure adjustment.
