摘　　要： 集成管理不仅是一种管理方法,更是一种管理理念,对于各种管理实践均具有指导意义。档案信息资源优化配置不仅涉及传统的档案信息资源布局管理,更包括市场经济体制环境下档案信息资源的市场运作与配置方式选择的问题,而集成理念无疑具有很好的理论指导价值和实践借鉴意义,协调、集成政府和市场的两种资源配置方式,以适应多元化的档案需求和配置效益优化的要求。 Integrated management is not only a method but also an idea in management, which has directive significance to any kinds of management practices. The optimum distribution of archival information re sources includes traditional arrangement from public administration and market operation from market mechanism. The idea of integrated management has great value in theory and practical significance and could meet the needs of multiple archives demands and optimum distribution.
