摘 要: 采用9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-氧化物(DOPO)为原料制备了膨胀型阻燃剂6H-二苯并[C,E][1,2]氧代磷酸甘油酯-6-丙酸,α-甲基-,甲酯,6-氧化物(DOPPMO),采用熔融插层法将有机阳离子插层进蒙脱土中制备了有机蒙脱土(OMMT),再将DOPPMO和OMMT与聚丙烯共混制备了复合阻燃材料。通过XRD、TEM和SEM表征了复合阻燃材料的微观结构;通过极限氧指数、垂直燃烧和热失重分析方法研究了复合阻燃材料的阻燃性能;通过拉伸和冲击实验研究了复合材料的力学性能。结果显示DOPPMO与OMMT表现出良好的协同阻燃效应,且添加阻燃材料的聚丙烯力学性能基本保持不变。 6H-dibenzoxaphosphorin-6-α-methyl-,methyl ester,propanoic acid,methyl-propanoic acid,methyl-ester)-6-oxide(DOPPMO),which as intumescent flame retardant,was prepared from 9,10-dihydro-9-oxy-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide(DOPO).Using melt intercalating method,organic cation intercalated into montmorillonite to get organo-montmorillonite(OMMT).Then DOPPMO and OMMT had mixed with polypropylene to preparate flame retardant materials.The microstructure of the composites was characterized by XRD、TEM and SEM.The flame retardant properties were studied via limiting oxygen index(LOI),vertical burning test(UL-94) and TGA.The mechanical properties were investigated by the tensile and impact experiments.The results showed that DOPPMO and OMMT had good synergistic effect of flame retardant,and mechanical properties of polypropylene remained unchanged.
