摘　　要： 通货膨胀目标制作为一个新的货币政策框架在全世界日趋流行,但现阶段我国实施条件尚未成熟。为了创造条件,积极准备在我国实行通货膨胀目标制,应从实行货币政策的单一目标、深化汇率体制改革、增强中央银行的独立性、大力发展金融市场以及提高通货膨胀统计效率等方面入手,不断完善货币政策框架。 The inflation targeting mechanism is a widely applied monetary policy in the world. In China, however, conditions of implementing such a mechanism have not met at present. To get well prepared for such a implementation, China needs to improve the framework of monetary policy by implementing the single target of monetary policy, deepening the reform of exchange rate system, enhancing the independence of the central bank, developing the financial markets and increasing the efficiency of measuring inflation.
