摘 要: "文化场"是学校文化的存在形式,它是一个强调关系性的范畴。本文试图从"场域"的视角去阐述学校"文化场"的性质、涵义及基本特征,并在此基础上分别分析学校"文化场"的场内、场内外文化的互动机制。最后,为了促进学校"文化场"场内、场内外文化的良性互动,本文提出相关的策略建议。 A school's culture comes into being by taking the form of a cultural field,which is a category emphasizing relation-ships. This article attempts to discuss its characters,implications and characteristics based on Field Theory. The article also analyzes the interactive mechanisms of the internal and internal-external cultures. Finally,this article correspondingly puts forward some strategic proposals to promote their interactions.
