摘 要: 由于人类的理性有限及组织决策依赖于决策的制定者和实施者,组织决策也有其理性限制,要求完全理性的决策是不现实的。本文基于"有限理性"组织决策理论,结合大学组织特征,分析了大学组织决策中有限理性的特征及其影响因素,并提出了大学教师参与组织决策的修正建立。 It is unrealistic to require a decision should be completely reasonably made owing to the fact that its makers and implementers are men who are reason-limited. Based on the theory of limited-reasonable,this paper analyzes the characteristics of a college organization,its manifestations in the course of decision-making and determinant factors. Finally the paper suggests that teachers should get involved as an amending to the organizational decision-making.
