摘 要: 对因2008年南方冰雪灾害而倒塌的某门式刚架轻型钢结构厂房的事故现场进行了调查和检测,并探讨了其施工上存在的问题。在对该结构的设计进行复核计算的基础上,对该工程倒塌的原因进行了分析,指出了现行《门式刚架轻型房屋钢结构技术规程》存在的问题。根据该工程和类似工程的事故,指出了门式刚架轻钢结构相关设计规范亟待解决和调整的问题。 On-site investigation and detection were carried out on lightweight portal framed structures which collapsed for the super ice catastrophe in 2008.Some severe construction deficiencies were found and the effects of construction deficiencies on the structural safety were analyzed.Structural analysis for the design loads and the applied loads were performed and structural strength of their members were examined according to related codes.Based on obtained results,the critical causes which led to the structural collapse were determined and the deficiencies of the specifications of the code "Technical Specifications for Lightweight Portal Steel Framed Buildings" were demonstrated.According to the collapse accident and similar accidents,it is recommended that some critical problems of the related codes for design of lightweight steel structures should be solved and modified reasonably.
