摘　　要： 目前虽然存在一些成功的猪肉安全可追溯系统,但它们一般是由某家大型企业建立,是基于数据库的集中式管理,与涉及多阶段、跨部门和分布式的猪肉安全可追溯的现状还不完全一致。为了能够实现可追溯,各阶段的凭证需要将上下游数据进行关联,实现这种关联就是凭证管理。为此,基于信息安全技术,设计了猪肉可追溯凭证管理系统并针对农贸市场猪肉摊档销售的凭证管理系统进行实现。该系统能够实现凭证管理的一致性、完整性和不可否认性,具有较好的应用与推广价值。 Although there are some successful pork security product tracing and tracking systems,its are constituted by one large-scale corporation and a kind of centralized management based on database,actually,it isn＇t consistent with the actuality that a pork security product tracing and tracking system is multi-phase,cross-department and distributed.In order to implement pork security product tracing and tracking,it is pre-requisite to achieve conjunction of upriver and downriver data during crossing departments by credential,the implementation of such conjunction is thought as credential management.In this paper,a credential management system about a pork security product tracing and tracking system is designed and implemented;it is also applied to personal stalls for selling pork in market of farm produce business.This system can achieve consistency,integrality and non-repudiation of credential,so it has a wide application prospect and popularization value because it is simple and reliable with a spot of additional operation.
