碳纤维加固海工混凝土梁试验研究与工程应用

摘  要: 通过在氯化钠溶液中通电,模拟海工混凝土梁的腐蚀环境,进行腐蚀梁加固前后对比试验,研究海工混凝土结构碳纤维加固的效果和机理,结果表明碳纤维布加固能够显著提高腐蚀梁的承载能力。一方面,碳纤维布相对于混凝土具有很强的抗变形能力,加固后的复合受力体系能够平衡大部分锈胀力,抑制了锈胀裂缝的进一步开展,保护了原有梁体面的整体性,提高了梁的整体刚度,从而起到增强梁承载能力的作用;另一方面,外贴碳纤维复合材料能有效地阻止海水中氯离子的渗透,提高梁的抗腐蚀能力,有效增强海工钢筋混凝土结构的耐久性能。同时,以某码头混凝土结构的加固工程为背景,对碳纤维加固技术应用于海工混凝土结构的可行性进行了实践检验。 Powered by NaCl solution to simulate the corrosive environment of marine concrete beams,and through carrying out the comparison tests of corrosion beams before and after being reinforced by CFRP,the effect and the internal mechanism of strengthening were studied.It showed that the CFRP reinforcement had significant effect on improving the capacity of corrosion beams.On one hand,the deformation resisting capacity of CFRP is much better than that of concrete,and because after strengthening the composite force bearing system can balance most of the corrosion expansion force so as to restrain the further expansion of corrosion cracks,the integrity of the original beam will be protected,the overall stiffness of the beam will be improved,and the enhanced role of bearing capacity will be achieved.On the other hand,the CFRP can effectively prevent the penetration of chloride ion,the corrosion resistance of the beam will be enhanced,and the durability of marine reinforced concrete structures will be effectively improved at last.Based on a terminal reinforcement engineering with CFRP,the feasibility of CFRP used for the reinforcement of marine reinforced concrete structures was studied.
