三组分复配盐作活性染料促染剂的研究

摘  要: 选取三种盐按一定钠离子摩尔浓度比例进行复配,作为活性黄KE-4R染棉布的促染剂,进行染色试验。发现,复配盐硫酸钠、氯化钠、柠檬酸钠按摩尔比例2∶1∶3复配,染色固色率能达到78.7%,而钠离子摩尔浓度高于此复配盐约1/3的柠檬酸钠溶液的促染固色率为69.5%。另外,硫酸钠、柠檬酸钠、三水合乙酸钠复配盐,摩尔配比为2∶3∶1时,其染色固色率与钠离子摩尔浓度比其高约1/3的柠檬酸钠相当。氯化钠、柠檬酸钠、三水合乙酸钠复配盐的促染效果也较好。通过复配可同时降低有机盐和无机盐用量,达到经济环保的目的。 Three kinds of salts were selected and mixed in a cretain molar ratio based on their sodium ion. Then, they were used as accelerants of the Reactive Yellow KE-4R to dye cotton. The dyeing results showed that the fixation was 78.7% while sodium sulfate, sodium chloride and sodium citrate mixed in the molar ratio of 2:1 : 3. However, the fixation was 69. 5% while the sodium ion molar concentration of sodium citrate sloution was 1/3 higher than that of the mixed salt. In addition, the fixation of mixed salt of sodium sul- fate, sodium citrate and soduim acetate trihydrate in the molar ratio of 2: 3:1 was equal to the fixation of the sodium citrate solution with the sodium ion molar concentration 1/3 higher than that of the mixed salt. The mixed salt of sodium chloride, sodium citrate and sodi- um acetate trihydrate possessed good accelerating effect also. The amount of the organic salt and the inorganic salt could be decreased and got the target of economy and environment-protection by mixing salt.
