摘 要: 目前,焊接生产效率已得到了很大的提高,传统的人工经验判定方式难以完成如此高速度高强度焊接生产情况下的焊接质量监测任务。本文提出一种基于U-I周期重复率的CO2弧焊稳定性机器判定方法。该方法通过计算U-I工作点的周期重复率来判定焊接过程的稳定性,理论上符合焊接规律,实际上切实可行,能满足机器化焊接生产情况下的监测需求。 The efficiency of welding manufacture has been greatly improved,while the traditional manual evaluation way by experience was difficult to accomplish the welding quality monitoring task under the high speed and high strength welding manufacture condition. Hence,in this paper,it was put forward a machine evaluation method for CO2 arc welding stability based on U-I period repetition rate. It estimated the stability during the welding process by computing the period repetition rate at U-I working points,which was not only tally with welding rule in theory, but also feasible in practice, fulfilling the monitoring requirement under the situation of roboticized arc welding.
