摘　　要： 从"比较优势"与"比较优势陷阱"分析山西所走过的经济发展道路。煤炭经济发展模式让山西的经济实力和社会面貌发生了急剧的变化,但长期依赖煤炭经济,又使其陷入人力资本缺乏、经济空间结构松散、产权制度弱化等路径依赖和"制度锁定"所造成的"资源诅咒"怪圈之中。后金融危机之下的山西,其发展路径的选择在于正确地认识与利用"比较优势",使其既能避免"比较优势陷阱",又能避免"资源诅咒"的发生。具体对策包括自然资本最大化、保持煤炭寡头制、改革资源税租等。 The economic development pathway in Shanxi Province is analyzed on the base of discussing the paradox of ＂the comparative advantage＂ and ＂the trap of comparative advantage＂. The coal economic development pattern has brought rapid changes to the economic power and social presence of Shanxi Province. But the result of excessive dependent on coal is being trapped in a ＂resource curse＂ warp caused by the shortage of human capital, the dispersion of economic spatial structure, the weakening of tenure system and the ＂lock of the system＂. The path selection for economic development in Shanxi Province under the financial crisis lies in a proper recognition and use of ＂comparative advantage＂ to avoid falling into the ＂comparative advantage trap＂ as well as the occurrence of the ＂resource curse＂. Specifically, the strategies include the maximization of natural capital, the preservation of coal oligarchy, the reform of taxes of the resources, and so on.
