摘　　要： 充分认识流通工作的重要意义是改进高校图书馆流通工作的基础,制度化管理是改进高校图书馆流通工作的关键,人性化服务是改进高校图书馆流通工作的核心,提高业务人员素质是改进高校图书馆流通工作的保证。 This paper points out that full recognization of the significance of circulation work is the foundation for improving the circulation work of university library, the institutionalized management is the key for improving the circulation work of university library, the humanized management is the core for improving the circulation work of university library, and the improvement of librarians’quality is the guarantee for improving the circulation work of university library.
