17α-甲基睾酮诱导尼罗罗非鱼雄性化后在鱼肌肉内残留研究
Study on 17α-Methyltestosterone residues in muscle tissues of Nile tilapia masculinized by 17α-Methyltestosterone

摘  要: 采用不同浓度梯度17α-甲基睾酮(17α-Methyltestosterone,MT)饲料(5、10、30、50、60mg/kg)处理孵化后10d的尼罗罗非鱼鱼苗30d,之后改喂正常饲料继续进行养殖。经过4个月的饲喂后,MT处理组的绝对增长率、绝对增重率、瞬时增长率和瞬时增重率等参数均与对照组间存在显著差异(P<0.05)。统计雄性率,发现高浓度处理组(50mg/kg和60mg/kg)超过99%,低浓度处理组(5mg/kg和10mg/kg)则低于80%。MT处理30d后,对照组与处理组MT残留量分别为对照组(0μg/kg)<5mg/kg组(23.19μg/kg)<10mg/kg组(30.82μg/kg)<30mg/kg组(37.76μg/kg)<50mg/kg组(44.75μg/kg)<60mg/kg组(68.41μg/kg)。残留量与MT添加量呈现正相关。继续投喂正常饲料30d后,在各浓度处理组均未检测到MT残留。以上研究结果表明,MT处理30d可提高罗非鱼苗雄性率,促进生长;MT处理后60d,均检测不出MT残留。 At 10 days post-fertilization(DPF),Nile tilapia(Oreochromis niloticus) fry were fed by 17α-Methylte-stosterone(MT)treated diet(0,5,10,30,50 and 60 mg/kg) for 30 days,then the MT-treated diet were replaced by MT-free commercial feed.After four months experiment,the absolute growth rate of length(AGRL),absolute growth rate of weight(AGRw),specific growth rate of length(SGRL) and specific growth rate of weight(SGRW) had a significant difference among MT treated groups and control group respectively.In 50 mg/kg and 60 mg/kg MT-treated groups,the male population was more than 99%,while in 5 mg/kg and 10 mg/kgMT-treated groups,the male population was less than 80%.The residue of MT in muscle tissue at 30 days in each group was ranked as control group(0 μg/kg) 5 mg/kg group(23.19 μg/kg)10 mg/kg group(30.82 μg/kg)30 mg/kg group(37.76 μg/kg)50 mg/kg group(44.75 μg/kg)60 mg/kg group(68.41 μg/kg).However,the residue of MT was not detected in any treated group at 60 days.The results indicated that the MT acted as sex-inversion agents by functionally masculinizing Nile tilapia and improved the fish growth rate.After administering MT-free commercial feed for 30 days,the residue of MT could not be detected in muscle tissue.
