摘 要: 根据制浆厂的结构和碱液回收工艺,以及黑液气化气中含有CO2、甲硫醇和硫化氢等酸性气体的特性,本文设计一种以普通填料吸收塔为设备,以回收碱液为吸收剂的黑液气化气脱硫新方法。从理论分析,该方法不需要催化剂,不需要进行富液解吸处理,不存在盐存积问题;而且该法采用的吸收剂是现场回收碱液,脱硫效率高,净化气体能够满足燃气涡轮机的燃烧要求,所以该方法将是一种较为理想的黑液气化气脱硫方法。 According to the structure of pulp mill and the process of alkali recovery,as well as the black liquor gas containing the acidic gas of CO2,methyl mercaptan and hydrogen sulfide,a new method of desulphurization by using the recycling alkali in pulp mill as absorbent and using a common packed tower as mainly equipment was designed in this paper.By theoretical analysis,the method does not require catalyst,the rich liquid deadsorption does not require,and there is no problem of salt deposit;furthermore,by using the on-site recycling alkaline as absorbent,a high efficient desulphurization can be gained,and the clean gas should meet the need of gas combustion in gas turbines.So it can be an ideal method for black liquor gas desulphurization.
