摘　　要： 2008年美国金融危机以来,国外需求的急剧萎缩所形成的外部压力迫使广东加工贸易必须转型与升级。加工贸易在广东的经济发展中曾起过巨大的推动作用,伴随着广东经济进入到工业化的中后期,经济的可持续发展必须依靠内资企业的不断强大才能实现。因此,广东加工贸易的转型与升级首要的任务是调整以外资为主体的加工贸易发展方式,实现加工贸易的内外资主体并重并向以内资主体为主的转变;改进招商引资政策,尽快实现招商引资向重质量轻数量的方面转变;积极推进行业兼并重组,切实提高行业集中度,增强企业在国际市场的定价能力等。 In the new development of economic restructuring, research on the strategies of promoting the transformation and upgrading of processing trades in Guangdong is of far-reaching significance. It helps achieve sustained and healthy development of processing trade. Based on the research results from domestic and foreign scholars, this paper makes an evaluation of processing trade in Guangdong Province, and analyzes some major problems and their underlying reasons. Then it proposes the strategies of transforming and upgrading the processing trade. It argues that the important measures to be taken are to adjust the foreign-funded mode of processing trade and lay equal stress on the domestic- / foreign-funded development mode, to unveil better policies for inviting investments, and to encourage merger or restructuring of enterprises so as to enhance their capacity of price making in the international market..
