气雾杀虫剂中氯氰菊酯的毛细管气相色谱内标法测定

摘  要: 氯氰菊酯属于高效、中等毒性的菊酯类农药,常用于配制卫生杀虫剂,开展简便、快速测定具有现实意义。本文设计了罐装气雾杀虫剂样品的取样方法,探讨了影响毛细管气相色谱内标法测定结果的影响因素,最佳测试条件:分流比50:1、载气流量1mL/min、氯氰菊酯与内标物质量比0.25~3.0,从而成功进行了罐装气雾杀虫剂样品定性、定量分析。氯氰菊酯4对异构体分离良好,25min出峰完毕。氯氰菊酯含量为0.245%,相对标准偏差2.2%,3个添加水平的平均回收率为101.7%~103.2%,方法的检出限为4g/L。研究结果对产品质量控制具有参考价值。 Cypermethrin is a highly efficient pyrethroid pesticides with medium toxicity, which can be commonly used as the active ingredients of household pesticides. It is very important to study simple, rapid detection. A Sampling method was designed for canned aerosol insecticides. The factors affecting the results of internal standard method of capillary gas chromatography were discussed. The optimal conditions for analysis: split ratio being 50:1, carrier gas flow being 1 mL / min, the mass ratio of cypermethrin to internal standard being from 0.25 to 3.0. The qualitative and quantitative analysis of cypermethrin in a canned aerosol insecticide sample was successfully conducted. Four pairs of cypermethrin isomers were well separated within 25 min. The content of cypermethrin was 0.245% with the relative standard deviation of 2.2%. The average recovery at three levels was 101.7% ~103.2% with the detection limit of 4 g/L. The results of this paper had reference value for the quality control.
