芯棒涂覆H-PRTV长棒形瓷绝缘子直流污闪特性

摘  要: 外形结构和材料对绝缘子的污秽闪络特性有较大影响。为此,采用恒压升降法,在高海拔地区进行了大吨位长棒形瓷绝缘子的直流人工污秽试验,通过测量泄漏电流和污闪电压,拍摄电弧发展照片,对比研究了芯棒涂覆强疏水型长效防污闪涂料H-PRTV对长棒形瓷绝缘子直流污闪特性的影响。结果表明,芯棒涂覆H-PRTV后,长棒形瓷绝缘子直流污闪电压明显提高,电弧发展过程明显缩短,临闪前大幅值泄漏电流脉冲减少,整个污秽闪络过程有延缓的趋势。 Insulator profile and material can affect the DC pollution flashover performance of line insulator strings strongly.Consequently,DC artificial pollution tests on 400 kN porcelain long rod insulators were carried out.DC pollution flashover performances of the tested insulators in the presence or absence of H-PRTV on the trunks were comparatively investigated.The performances include 50% DC pollution flashover voltages,leakage currents,arc developing photos of the strings.The 50% DC pollution flashover voltage of the strings was determined through the up-and-down method.The results show that the DC flashover voltage of the porcelain long rod insulator with H-PRTV coating the trunks increases obviously on varrious contamination conditions,leakage current impulses with large amplitude before strings with H-PRTV coating the trunks flashover were less,the arc developing process from arc to flashover was shortened,and the whole pollution flashover process from the test voltage applied to the string-to-string flashover was delay.
