摘 要: 针对无法屏蔽外界环境噪声的大电机,设计基于声卡和LabVIEW的噪声测试系统。利用计算机强大的运算功能并结合声卡成熟的A/D转换技术,通过LabVIEW平台进行软件编程,实现对受背景噪声干扰较大的电机噪声信号的采集、存取、FFT分析、数据运算处理和信号显示等功能。该测试系统以滤除电机噪声中的环境噪声为出发点来实现对真实电机噪声的还原。 A noise measurement system of electrical machines based on sound card and LabVIEW was designed for the high power machines which can not shielded from external environmental noise.For the powerful computing capability of microprocessor and the mature A/D conversion technology of sound card,a software was developed by using the virtual instrument programming language LabVIEW platform,and several functions were realized including signal acquisition,access,FFT analysis,data operation and signal display,et al.This measurement system achieved the real noise of the electrical machine by filtering out the ambient noise in the electrical machine noise.
