摘　　要： 从成功开设三门创新型校选课的经验出发,探索高等院校培养大学生的科学素养和人文素养,提高大学生的综合素质和创新能力。提出素质教育新理念和创新教育的新途径与有效方法,以满足社会发展和经济建设对创新型和谐人才的需求。 With the successful experience of setting the three new innovative courses in the course selection system for our university students,the paper explores the new concept of quality education and the new effective approaches to innovation education with the aim of developing university students＇ scientific literacy and humanities literacy,and improving their comprehensive quality and innovative ability so as to offer innovative harmonious talents for the social development and economic construction.
