摘　　要： 从复杂系统理论视角出发,在介绍项目群的概念、要素和类型基础上,进行项目群的案例分析,解释了项目群互动的演化机理和互动结构关系,分析研究项目群管理中存在的互动风险问题。建立的项目群互动网络模型和协调机制模型,有助于开展项目群管理理论和实践应用研究,对解决现实的管理问题具有参考价值。 Interaction theory is described from the perspective of complexity system theory in this paper.The author firstly studies the case of programme interaction on the basis of programme concept,elements and types,secondly explains programme evolution mechanism,interactive relations and interaction risk.finally points out that programme is a complex system.Both programme interaction risk network model and coordination mechanism model all have been established,not only which is help for us to study programme management theory and practical application but also the two models will be valuable references to solve realistic management problems.
