摘　　要： 为了充分发挥基于RFID的电子车牌识别系统在智能交通领域的优势,采用C#语言和SQLServer2000数据库开发了一款电子车牌管理系统。该系统包括停车场管理、城市道路交通管理、高速公路管理等若干子模块,是一个集收费、车流量统计、测速等功能为一体的综合性管理系统。对该系统的主要模块功能、特点进行了分析阐述,重点讨论了其中具有读/写功能的停车场管理和城市道路交通管理模块的串行通信设计。实际的调试运行表明,该系统能够满足应用的需要,运行良好。 To display the superiority of RFID-based e-plate identification system in the field of intelligent transportation,an e-platemanagement system is developed with C# language and SQL Server 2000 database. The system has certain sub modules,for exampleparking lot management,urban road traffic management,highway management and so on. It is a comprehensive management systemincluding collection charge,traffic flow statistics,measures fast and other functions. The serial communication design of read/writefunction modules of parking lot management and urban road traffic management are discussed in detail. The synthesis debugging ofthe software and hardware indicates that this system can satisfied the need of application.
