摘　　要： 针对机床内联传动链的数控实现问题,提出一种以软件方式实现的无静差同步电子齿轮箱。它根据传动比由软件对输入和反馈分别进行不同倍数的倍频处理,然后对偏差实行多模态复合控制。 To achieve inner-linked transmission chains in machine tools with electronic method instead of mechanical one, a novel computer-softwared synchronized electronic gearbox with zero SSE is presented. According to transmission ratio, the amount of input and feedback are respectively multiplied by different multiples, then the error is regulated by a multi-mode PID controller and feedforward controller.
