摘 要: 采用熔铸法配制了Zn-Al-TiO2和Zn-Sn-Al2O3两种锌基复合材料。通过阳极极化曲线测试和全面腐蚀试验比较分析了它们的腐蚀性能。结果表明,与工业纯锌相比,Zn-Al-TiO2和Zn-Sn-Al2O3复合材料在自来水、5%NaOH5、%H2SO4和5%NaCl溶液中的耐腐蚀性能得到了明显的提高。 Zn-Al-TiO2 and Zn-Sn-Al2O3 were prepared by casting method. By means of anodic polarization curves and corrosion testing, the corrosion resistance of two different Zn matrix composite materials were analyzed. The results indicated that the corrosion resistance of Zn-Al-TiO2 and Zn-Sn-Al2O3 had been improved obviously compared to pure zinc in tap-water, 5% NaOH, 5% H2SO4 and 5% NaCl solutions.
