摘　　要： 2009年7月广东顺德某珍禽场种雏鸡出现单侧口角炎,从发生口角炎的230日龄的公雉鸡口角病灶中分离到1株酵母样菌,经鉴别培养、生化试验、动物接种试验和ITS序列测定,鉴定为致病性白色念珠菌,其序列与常见的引发幼龄雉鸡嗉囊炎的白色念珠菌高度同源。 Candida was isolated from the oral lesions of adult male pheasants.The culture characteristics,biochemical characteristics,pathogenicity were researched.Finally the isolated strain was identified to be pathogenic Candida albicans combining with the identification by ITS sequence sequenced.The results showed that the isolate was pathogenic Candida albicans which showed significant homologies with another strain of Candida albicans which often caused crop inflammation in young pheasant
