摘　　要： 通过分析外螺纹接头的结构和工艺性特点,确定了一模两腔的模具结构。使用Moldflow软件模拟分析了充填过程、流动前沿温度、气穴位置等,为模具结构的设计提供了合理的依据。在CAE分析的基础上,完成了注塑模具的整体设计,可为类似塑件的模具设计提供参考。 Through analyzing the structure and processing property of the male screw adaptor,the injection mould was built with two cavities.By using the Moldflow software,the filling process,temperature at flow front and air trap location was simulated and analyzed to provide reasonable basis for the mould design.Based on the CAE simulation,the whole mould was designed,which could provide reference for the design of similar plastic parts.
