摘　　要： 通过飞来峡区土地利用总体规划实践，采用区域性质与功能、区域核心体系、结构变化、区域吸引力、区域系统等观点和方法，论述土地利用研究中的区域规律，为土地利用理论与方法作一点促进． Taking the general planning of land utilization in Feilaixia as case study, this paper is aimed to illustrate the regional law in land utilization. Viewpoints and methods, including regional property and function, regional architecture, structure variation,regional attraction, and regional system, are adapted to expound the issue. It is hoped that the methodology and theory of land utilization can be enhanced.
