摘 要: 研究利用多种相转移催化剂在不同条件下通过糠醛的歧化反应制备糠醇和糠酸.结果表明:采用Span80为催化剂,当催化剂用量为质量分数5%、反应温度为15℃、反应3h时,糠酸的产率高达92%. The disproportion reaction of furaldehyde by phase transfer catalysis was studied in the paper. The effects of the density of sodium, types and amounts of PTC,temperature and time of reaction, and the volume ratio of furaldehyde to sodium hydroxide on yield of the products were discussed. Under the optimum conditions, the yield of furoic acid reached 92%.
