摘　　要： 以深圳南山甜桃为试材,研究了采前对树体进行BTH喷雾处理对采后果实炭疽病及成熟衰老的影响。结果表明,采前喷施BTH 50 mg.L-1可以有效防治采后果实炭疽病,减少腐烂;降低了采后甜桃果实呼吸速率和乙烯释放率,延缓了果实硬度的下降和果实的成熟衰老。 Effects of preharvest tree spraying of BTH on the occurrence of anthracnose and fruit ripening of Nanshan peach were studied.The results showed that preharvest spraying of 50 mg/L BTH on peach trees was able to effectively control anthracnose and reduce fruit rot.In addition,BTH treatment reduced fruit respiration and ethylene production,and delayed fruit softening and ripening processes.
