摘　　要： 通过设计调查问卷对粤东北地区梅州市梅县松口镇的环境状况和公民环境意识进行了入户调查。结果表明:松口镇当前较少工业污染,以农业面源污染为主,特别是生活垃圾乱倒、乱堆,生活污水随意排放,化肥、高毒性化学农药等施用量较大。因此,建议从加强农村环保教育,培养村民环保意识着手;同时当地政府部门要编制环境规划,因地制宜地指导村镇环保基础设施建设,并积极调整农业生产政策,大力推进生态农业建设;最后建议依靠科技,推广农村节能技术。 The study had investigated the eco-environmental status and civil environmental consciousness of Songkou Town, Mei County, Meizhou City in northeast of Guangdong Province through face interviews with an investigation questionnaire. The results showed that industry pollution in the study area was slight, while agriclture pollution was innegligible. The domestic rubbishes were disposed randomly, sewages were drained out everywhere, fertilizers and high-toxic pesticides were excessive used in agricultural production process. According to the investigation results, the following suggestions were arrived： firstly, the publicity departments should strengthen the environmental protection education to bring up the environmental consciousness of the villagers; secondly, the local government should workout environmental programming and facilitate the construction of rural environmental protection infrastructures according to the local conditions; thirdly, the local government should adjust the agricultural production policies and facilitate the construction of eco-agriculture villages; and lastly the local government should spread the application of energy conservation technologies in rural areas.
