摘　　要： 以海南红厚壳枝、叶为材料,以氯仿作溶剂,微波法提取2次,根据酸性染料比色法原理,以盐酸小檗碱为对照品,溴甲酚绿为指示剂,在波长416 nm条件下,用紫外可见分光光度计测定其中的总生物碱的含量。标准方程式为:A=-0.007 58+0.0384 2C,相对标准偏差r=0.999 9(n=6)。测定结果为叶中总生物碱含量=0.172%,加标回收率=97.3%,RSD=1.64%(n=5);枝中含量=0.074 0%,加标回收率=95.3%,RSD=2.05%(n=5)。 Take the branches and leaves of Calophyllum inophyllum Linn as the material,and chloroform as solvent,using MAE extracted twice.The total alkaloids were extracted from the samples and tested at 416 nm with the spectroscopy by the means of acid dye method.The calibration curve of berberine were linear（r=0.999 9）.The content of alkaloids in leaves was 0.172%,and the leaves＇ recovery rate was 97.3%.The RSD was 1.64%（n=5）.The branches＇was 0.074 0%,and the branches＇ recovery was 95.3%,the RSD was 2.79%（n=5）.
