摘 要: 研究了在有机溶剂中固定化脂肪酶对樟核油、棕榈油水解反应的催化作用,考察了有机溶剂/水、固定化酶量、反应时间等因素对水解反应的影响。实验结果表明:在37℃时,水解樟核油的最佳条件是有机溶剂/水98%、固定化酶量002g/g油、反应时间6h,而水解棕榈油的最佳条件是温度35℃、有机溶剂/水95%、固定化酶量002g/g油、反应时间4h。 This paper studied that camphor-kemel oil and palm oil were hydrolyzed by the immobilized lipase in the organic solvent.We approached the effects of the hydrolysis reaction from different water content in organic solvent,different immobilized lipase content,and different reaction time and temperature.The result indicated that the optimum reaction condition of the hydrolysis was separately relative of organic solvent and water 98%,immobilized lipase content 0.02 g/g oil and the reaction time 6 hours for camphor-kemel oil,and that the optimum reaction condition of the hydrolysis was separately temperature 35 ℃,the relative of organic solvent and water 95%,immobilized lipase content 0.02 g/g oil and the reaction time 4 hours for palm oil.
