摘　　要： 针对农村公路发展综合测度问题,分析了农村公路发展的影响因素,构建了包括城镇化率、人均GDP等11项指标在内的评价指标体系,并构造了基于模糊界定的农村公路综合测度模型,然后采用模糊综合评判法计算了测度结果;将模型应用于青海省某市,得出该市农村公路综合测度值为72.46,处于中等状态。应用结果表明:基于模糊界定的农村公路综合测度模型,能较好地反映农村公路发展综合情况,在复杂评价方面具有广泛应用前景。 Aimed at comprehensive evaluation problem of rural road development,the influencing factors of rural road was analyzed,and then the evaluation indicator system including 11 indicators,such as urbanization rate,per capita GDP etc.was constructed.Based on fuzzy definition,the comprehensive evaluation model for rural road was constructed,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to calculate evaluation result.When the model was applied to a city in Qinghai Province,comprehensive evaluation value of the city was 72.46,which was in middling state.The application results show that the model can make comprehensive evaluation on rural road,so it will be with a broad application prospects in multi-index evaluation.
