碳纤维的化学处理及功能纸的研制

摘  要: 文章研究了化学助剂、氧化改性和偶联处理对碳纤维的分散和结合性能的影响,通过纤维分析仪图像考察了处理后纤维表面的形态,浆料的Zeta电位和吸光度及数码照片分析反映纤维的分散性能,并以不同比例碳纤维配抄纸浆制取功能纸,检测纸张的物理强度和体积电阻率。结果表明:4种化学助剂处理吐温的效果最佳,偶联改性能显著改善碳纤维的分散性能,并优于氧化改性,分散性的提高可增加功能纸的导电性和物理强度,碳纤维含量30%时达到导电材料的"渗滤阈值"。 The influences of the chemical agents,oxidative modification and coupling treatment for carbon fiber dispersion and binding properties were investigated.The fiber suface morphology was analyzed by the image of fiber analyzer,and the fiber dispersion was reflected by the Zeta potential of slurry,absorbency and digital pictures.The functional paper were prepared with a different ratio of carbon fiber and pulp,and the physical strength and volume resistivity of the paper were tested.The results showed that: the effect of tween-80 was the best in four kinds of chemial agents,coupling modification significantly improved the dispersion performance of carbon fiber,superior than oxidative modification,the increase of the dispersion would enhance the conductivity and physical strength of functional paper,and 30% content of carbon fiber achieved the "percolation threshold" of conductive material.
