摘　　要： 中国高等教育进入大众化阶段后，学生受传统思想的束缚没有及时转变就业观念，特别是受金融危机的影响，出现较高比例的失业率，给学生造成巨大的心理压力，使他们信心受挫，对前途感觉渺茫。本文以广东为例，阐述岭南文化对广东大学生就业观影响，以期对大学生就业管理工作有所启示。 After the higher education entered the popularity phase in China, most students are still bounded by the traditional concept and have not changed the concept of employment in time. In particular, with the impact of the financial risk, there is relatively high rate of unemployment, which has exerted a great psychological burden to the students, making them lack of confidence and depressed to the future. Taking Guangdong Province as an example, this paper illustrates the influence of the Lingnan culture on the university/college graduates＇ concept of employment in Guangdong, with the hope of enlightening the managerial work of university graduate employment.
