摘　　要： 现代科学研究是一个涉及方方面面的复杂工作过程,也带来科研管理的复杂性。复杂性科学理念是"必须用复杂性方法来研究"[1]。首先应用复杂适应系统(CAS)理论分析了科研工作过程的复杂适应性系统特征,在此基础上探讨了适应科研管理复杂性的思路和方法。 The management of scientific research is a job involving mutilfactors,bringing forth the complexity for modern scientific research,according to the idea of ＂science of complexity＂：complexity must be solved by complexity method.The paper analyzed the characteristics of complex adaptability system in the scientific research course,applying the theory of complex adaptability system （CAS）.Then it probed the means and thought for meeting management of scientific research of complexity.
