摘 要: 文章分析了华为公司国际化战略的选择、实践和存在的问题,在此基础上探讨了该公司国际化经营的决策过程和决策行为,给出了华为公司的成功经验与启示:把握国际市场进入的规律,明确国际市场的战略投资对象,并避免短期行为,对目标市场予以持续性的投入;按国际公司的标准优化海外市场的运作方式,以此减少拓展国际市场的进入成本;扬长避短、逐级渗透、渐进式地发展海外市场;借助融资伙伴、强化资本监控、刚性货款回收、保障市场拓展最早;不单纯打低价牌,以质量好、价格好、服务优和快速响应客户需求赢得竞争优势。 With the quickening process of internationalization of Chinese enterprises, the risk management and internationalization strategy of enterprises have received considerable publicity. This paper analyzes the choice and practice of internationalization strategy of Huawei, and discusses its decision processes and successful experiences in international operation, which includes: grasping the rule of foreign market entry, explicitly understanding the object of strategic investment, avoiding short-term conducts, and providing durative inputs to the target market; optimizing the modus operandi of foreign markets according to the standard of an international company in order to cut the entry costs of expanding international market; developing strengths and avoiding weaknesses during the progressive expansion into a foreign market; accessing the aid of finance partners, strengthening the monitor and control of capital as well as the reclaim of rigid payment for goods, and making sure of the earliest expansion of foreign market; never regarding low costs as the only advantage, but winning the competitive advantage with good quality, price, service and fast response to customers'need.
