摘 要: 德国F+U萨克森州职业技术学院经营模拟实训的课堂教学模式经验表明,企业经营管理技能更多来自于工作经验,即工作过程的体验。基于案例启示,提高高职课堂教学质量,有效地培养学生的职业能力,应以工学结合为切入点,彻底改变与工作任务相脱离、以教师为主体的课堂教学模式,突出能力目标、学生主体、任务训练三个基本要求,体现教学过程的实践性、开放性和职业性。 The experiences of classroom teaching model of F+U Saxony State Vocational and Technical College in Germany marketing simulation practice training show that,most of students' marketing management skills are from working experiences,and its enlightenments are:enhancing classroom teaching quality of higher vocational education to cultivate students professional abilities;taking working and learning combination as the starting point to change the class room teaching model separated from working task and subjected by teachers,standing out three basic requirements including ability objectives,student subject and task training,embodying practicality,openness and professionalization of teaching process.
