摘　　要： 随着全球经济一体化和区域经济一体化进程的加快,区域内中心城市给周边地区所带来的外部经济效应日益显现,国内部分研究区域经济学的学者在2004年提出了"总部经济"一词,使其成为了国内经济学界的"新兴名词"。本文将"总部经济"和"广州亚运"这两个热点相结合,剖析亚运会对广州发展总部经济所带来的优越性。 With the fast development of global economic integration and regional economic integration,central cities in the region bring some good effects to the districts around them obviously.Some scholars of regional economic studying in China put forward a word ＂Headquarters economy＂ in 2004,which let it become a ＂new word＂ of the Chinese economic circles.This article will combine the ＂Headquarters economy＂ with ＂Guangzhou Asian Games＂ and elaborate the superiority which ＂Asian Games＂ brings to the development of headquarters economy in Guangzhou.
