摘　　要： 国内外体育场馆运营管理的经验具有公益性、特殊性、多样化等启示,在分析广州公共体育场馆运营管理现状和存在问题基础上,提出广州公共体育场馆必须坚持公益性原则,进一步面向市场,通过集约化、专业化管理,运用市场化运营机制和手段,以提高公共体育场馆的社会效益和经济效益,推动体育事业和体育产业快速发展。 Through introducing the management experience of domestic and foreign stadiums and gymnasiums, this essay elicited the features of public welfare, specialty and diversification. This essay analyzed the condition and problems in operating and managing public stadiums and gymnasiums in Guangzhou. This essay put forward that the management of public stadiums and gymnasiums must be oriented to public welfare principle and market. Introducing intensive management, professional management and market operation mechanism can improve the social and economic benefits of sports stadiums and gymnasiums in order to promote the development of the sports industries.
