摘　　要： 针对手机导光板注射成型产生的各种缺陷,提出在注射成型过程中的注射、保压、冷却3个阶段对模具型芯施加超声振动,以避免塑件成型缺陷的产生。试验证明,用该方法成型的手机导光板质量好、成品率高,光学性能好,能够满足设计要求。 To resolve some defects occurred in the injection molding process of a light guide plate of mobile phone,in the stages of injection,pressure holding and cooling.ultrasonic vibration is applied to the mould cores.
